La Maison Crème is situated in the hamlet of Betineuc, just outside of the small town of Evran which has all the amenities for day to day needs, It is also within an easy 10 minute drive of the beautiful medieval city of Dinan, and is just 25 minutes from the historic port of St Malo or the regional capital of Rennes and 40 minutes from the Magnificent Mont St Michel and the gateway to Normandy. There are also a wide variety of splendid beaches and coves, some with watersport facilities, within an easy 30 minute drive. 

Originally an old farmhouse, part of which is reputedly 300 years old La Maison Crème has been refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining its character and charm.

Set in over an acre La Maison Crème has a large secluded garden with it own heated swimming pool, designed for families in mind the garden is fenced whist the pool area is gated making it ideal for all, including those families with young children. 

The property is large enough that two families wishing to holiday together can do so with ease and comfort as it has 5 large bedrooms (2 master with king size beds) with 4 bathrooms (3 en suite) and will easily sleep 10 people + 1 cot.

The house has a large kitchen \ breakfast room with a dining table for 12 and is fully equipped with all mod cons inc dishwasher, electric double fan oven, microwave, hob and fridge & freezer.

There is also a utility room that houses washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs toilet.

The large sitting room has a woodburner with fire guard, Ample seating on luxurious leather sofas, Television with DVD, satellite and a stereo system.

There is also a separate children's room set-up with toys, games, Television with video and DVD.

For those of you with young children it is important for you to know that La Maison Crème has been designed with child safety in mind. All of the 1st floor windows have safety grills and window locks fitted and there are also stair gates, High chairs and cots are available if required.

Outside we have play equipment for the under 5s and for your complete peace of mind there is also have an electronic wrist band warning system for the pool. This is available with prior notice (but please note a separate deposit will be required).
