For those wanting a peaceful holiday why not hire a canoe or boat for the day and cruise the canal to your hearts content, stopping off at the restaurants and bars on route, or if that does not interest you why not go fishing on the canal or the lake both just minutes away form the house (seasons permitting) or even sea fishing is possible from St Malo just under 25 minutes away.

For the more energetic minded why not go cycling and follow some of the route of the 2004 Tour de France or just follow the dirt tracks that abound throughout all of Brittany making it one of the most popular sports in this region.

Maybe if golf is more to your taste if so why not play on some of the many courses that are available locally there are 4 within a 20minute drive or if Horse riding is your thing then its available from the stables at le Que only 5 minutes from the house
